Who You Are: 

The S&OP Manager is responsible for leading the end-to-end Sales & Operations Planning process to align demand, supply, and financial plans across the organization. This role ensures cross-functional collaboration to drive service excellence, inventory optimization, and operational efficiency. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with strong analytical capabilities and a proven track record in supply chain planning and stakeholder engagement.

This role is eligible to participate in our Nutrabolt Bonus Plan.

What You're Good At:

  • Lead the S&OP Process: Own and continuously improve the monthly S&OP cycle, ensuring alignment between commercial, supply chain, finance, and operations teams.
  • Demand & Supply Alignment: Oversee demand forecasting and supply planning to balance customer service levels, inventory targets, and cost efficiency.
  • Executive Reporting: Present S&OP outcomes, risks, and opportunities to senior leadership, enabling informed decision-making.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Facilitate collaboration between Sales, Marketing, Finance, Manufacturing, and Logistics to ensure a unified plan.
  • Scenario Planning: Develop and evaluate scenarios to support strategic decisions, including new product introductions, promotions, and capacity planning.
  • KPI Management: Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to forecast accuracy, inventory turns, service levels, and plan adherence.
  • Technology & Tools: Drive the adoption and optimization of planning tools and systems.
  • Team Leadership: Build and lead a high-performing S&OP team, fostering a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and innovation.

What You Contribute: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or related field preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience in supply chain planning.
  • Strong knowledge of S&OP/IBP processes and best practices.
  • Proficiency in planning systems and data analytics tools.
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence at all levels of the organization.
