Who You Are:
As Nutrabolt’s Director, Total Rewards, you will lead the strategy and execution of our compensation, benefits, perks, and payroll programs globally. You’ll manage a team and work cross-functionally to ensure our programs are competitive, scalable, and aligned with our business goals. You bring a strategic mindset, a bias for action, and a passion for building programs that support our people.
This role is eligible to participate in our Nutrabolt Bonus Plan.
What You're Good At:
Compensation
- Own and evolve Nutrabolt’s global compensation strategy to support growth, ensure we remain competitive and equitable across markets.
- Plan and execute annual merit review cycles that support the company’s performance review processes
- Provide first line of support to People Strategy team in supporting market data requests, benchmark analysis and other compensation related requests
Benefits & Perks
- Oversee all aspects of our global benefits programs (e.g., medical plans, retirement plans, leave policies, wellness programs, insurance policies, paid time off policies, etc.).
- Lead the strategy and execution of our perks programs, including those unique to our HQ experience.
- Partner with third-party vendors to ensure competitive and comprehensive programs are provided to the Company’s international populations
- Manage all leaves of absence policies, disability and workers’ comp, in conjunction with third-party administrators.
- Liaise with insurance brokers and benefits carriers to ensure plans are operating in an efficient and economical manner.
Payroll
- Lead global payroll strategy and operations, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency across all countries we operate in.
- Partner with Accounting and Finance on payroll data requests and processes
- Anticipate and plan for future expansion, ensuring payroll systems and processes scale with the business.
Compliance
- Ensure compliance with global employment standards, audits, and reporting requirements.
- Maintain and update policies in partnership with legal and compliance teams to reflect evolving regulations and business needs.
- Other responsibilities as assigned.
What You Contribute:
- Bachelor’s degree, preferred
- 7+ years of HR experience in a Total Rewards role inclusive of benefits, payroll, compensation, and compliance; preferred at least 3 years in a leadership role
- PHR, SPHR or SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP certification, preferred
- Global experience required
- Demonstrated proficiency and expertise in MS Suite, specifically Excel
- Experience in Workday preferred
- Exceptional organizational skills and high attention to detail
- Excellent written verbal and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
- Consistently demonstrates a solution mindset in all situations
