Who You Are:
As Nutrabolt's Sr. Financial Analyst, you will work with various teams to monitor and support strategic projects. You will provide analysis through KPI reporting and dashboards to inform decision making, as well as assess the outcomes of those decisions and their implementation. During this evaluation process, you will examine different areas of the business and collaborate with partners to review current practices.
What You're Good At:
- Collaborate extensively across the organization and act as a strategic thought partner.
- Participate in the review and evaluation of innovative initiatives.
- Support the forecasting, validation, and tracking of savings targets for periodic performance reporting.
- Analyze business drivers and communicate their impact effectively to stakeholders.
- Develop and enhance key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Build reports in Power BI, collaborating with the Business Intelligence team to standardize reporting processes.
- Prepare presentations that convey project status and proposals to drive actionable outcomes.
- Assist with the implementation of new entities and facilitate integration efforts.
- Demonstrate strong teamwork by proactively seeking opportunities to advance the organization, the team, and personal growth.
In this role your goals and KPIs will be focused around:
- Monthly/Quarterly reports and analysis
- Process evaluation and optimization
- Cross-functional insights
- Power BI tool development
- Ad-hoc report turnaround
What You Contribute:
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, Economics, or related analytical discipline required
- Advanced proficiency in Excel financial modeling and PowerPoint presentation development
- Experience with Power BI dashboard creation and familiarity with SQL, databases, and data mining is desirable
- 5–7 years of experience in Finance or Accounting
- Demonstrated drive and passion for implementing value-accretive change
- Commitment to delivering high-quality work within established deadlines
- Proactive, adaptable, and intellectually curious
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Exceptional organizational skills and strong attention to detail are essential
