Who You Are:

The Director, FP&A will lead enterprise-wide financial planning, forecasting, and performance analysis to support strategic decision-making and operational excellence. This role will be a key partner to senior leadership, driving financial insights that shape the future of Nutrabolt’s business.

What You're Good At:

Strategic Financial Leadership

  • Develop and lead the company’s annual budgeting and long-range planning processes
  • Partner with executive leadership to align financial strategy with business objectives

Forecasting & Analysis

  • Build and maintain robust financial models to forecast revenue, expenses, and profitability
  • Conduct variance analysis and identify key drivers of performance across product lines and channels
  • Deliver insights on cost structures, margin improvement, and operational efficiency

Performance Management

  • Establish and monitor KPIs across departments and business segments
  • Create executive dashboards and board-level reporting packages
  • Lead monthly and quarterly business reviews with senior leadership

Technology & Process Optimization

  • Implement and manage FP&A tools (e.g., Tableau, PowerBI, and OneStream)
  • Integrate planning systems with ERP platforms (D365 & OneStream) and BI tools (Tableau & Power BI)
  • Drive automation and standardization of reporting and planning processes

Team Leadership

  • Build and mentor a high-performing FP&A team
  • Foster a culture of analytical rigor and continuous improvement
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Supply Chain

What You Contribute: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting; MBA or CPA preferred
  • 10+ years of progressive experience in FP&A, preferably in CPG, beverage, or high-growth environments
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills with a track record of driving business results
  • Proficiency in financial systems and tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, OneStream)
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Proven leadership and team development capabilities
