Who You Are: As Nutrabolt's Sr. Account Manager of Drug, you will be responsible for providing strategic direction on the sales and profitability of Nutrabolt’s National Key Account base. Achieve revenue goals by driving new business development and brand expansion through our existing FMDC customer base. Effectively plan and manage the implementation of trade spend.

This role is eligible to participate in our annual Sales Bonus Plan.             

What You're Good At:

  • Delivering annual sales volume (AOP) and market share growth, in addition to meeting/exceeding other KPI targets (ACV, Trade/Promo efficiency, Contribution Margin)
  • Managing financial budgets and promotional schedules for each customer
  • Analyzing multiple data sources to identify opportunities and develop strategies to drive profitable sales growth
  • Creating and delivering custom product sales pitch decks for retail buyer assortment reviews
  • Leveraging data-based selling and negotiation tactics to positively influence buyer decisions
  • Cultivating and managing buyer (and above) and broker relationships

What You Contribute:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • 3+ years of experience managing CPG sales in the FDM channel for a brand, broker, and/or retailer
  • Strong knowledge of CPG sales process
  • Experience with Walgreens and CVS a plus
  • Strong interpersonal and buyer relationship building skills
  • Effective and engaging communication and presentation skills
  • Strong financial acumen and analytical skills
  • Ability to act quickly and decisively to drive results

Employment Type: Full-Time 

Work environment: Typical remote environment, up to 30% travel required.
