Who You Are:

Nutrabolt is seeking an experienced People Systems Manager to own our Workday platform and broader People technology landscape. This individual contributor role is critical to shaping the strategy, roadmap, and ongoing optimization of our People systems. You possess a strong understanding of Workday HCM as the primary system of record, and you are adept at leveraging technology to streamline processes, enhance user experience, and deliver actionable insights that support our organizational goals.

What You're Good At:

  • Manage the full lifecycle of our Workday HCM platform and connected HR systems, ensuring seamless integrations and data flow to support business needs.
  • Own configuration, administration, and optimization across core HCM modules including security, benefits, payroll, talent optimization, recruiting, learning, and reporting.
  • Maintain and update access controls, role-based permissions, and audit logs to ensure security, compliance, and data integrity.
  • Lead the ongoing design, testing, and improvement of business processes and workflows to enhance efficiency and the employee experience.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with People Strategy, Total Rewards, HR Operations, IT, and other teams to troubleshoot issues, implement enhancements, and align system capabilities with organizational goals.
  • Drive the HR technology roadmap, proactively identifying opportunities for automation, AI-powered tools adoption, and process improvements that reduce manual tasks and scale with growth.
  • Develop and maintain clear, audit-ready documentation for system configurations, processes, and change management activities.
  • Serve as the trusted subject matter expert for Workday and other people systems, providing guidance, training, and support to end users and stakeholders.
  • Support compliance initiatives including SOX controls, data privacy regulations, and audit requests to ensure governance standards are met.
  • Manage system-related projects, including upgrades, releases, and new implementations, ensuring smooth execution and adoption.

What You Contribute: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business, or related field preferred
  • 5+ years’ experience with Workday required across multiple modules
  • Understanding of HR processes across the employee lifecycle
  • Proven ability to handle sensitive and confidential material and information with discretion 
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to influence stakeholders
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines 
  • Excellent MS Excel skills

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Workday certification(s)
  • Workday Planning (Adaptive Insights) experience
  • Project management experience
  • PHR or SHRM-CP

Employment Type: Hybrid. In office 3-4 days per week.
