Who You Are: Vice President of Club on the Beverage team, will lead the strategic growth and execution of C4 & Bloom beverage business in the Club channel (Costco, Sam’s Club, BJ’s, and related wholesale formats). This role is responsible for driving revenue, profitability, and long-term brand equity through strong customer partnerships, disciplined planning, and cross-functional collaboration. This role will report directly to the SVP of National Accounts, and will collaborate heavily with leadership in Commercial Strategy, RGM, and DSD.
This role is eligible to participate in our Sales Management Bonus Plan.
What You're Good At:
- In partnership with Commercial Strategy, develop and execute a comprehensive club channel sales strategy that maximizes distribution revenue and profit
- Cultivate and maintain effective business relationships with top club retail partners (Sam’s Costco, BJs etc) through joint business planning, pricing, promotion and category management.
- Plan out monthly, quarterly, and yearly price, package and promotion planning with each assigned Retailer. Adjust as necessary to maximize ROI.
- Utilize sales data, channel insights, and category data to identify opportunities to meet and exceed annual goals.
- Work cross-functionally with Keurig Dr Pepper National Account team members
- Align with Commercial Strategy and Supply Chain to ensure correct planning and forecasting for all assigned accounts.
- Work directly with Shopper Marketing to develop conversion tactics and specific programming by channel and customer.
- Work with DSD team to ensure all monthly promotional activity is being leveraged and executed (90% + level).
- Manage budgets, trade spend, and pricing architecture to deliver profitable growth.
- Build, coach, and inspire a high-performing sales team to deliver best-in-class customer engagement and results
In this role your goals and KPIs will be focused around:
- Performance to revenue targets
- Category share growth
- Off shelf placement on a quarterly basis
- Adherence to assigned budgets
What You Contribute:
- 10+ years of experience calling on FDMC chains, managing emerging/growth brands and leading teams
- 3+ years of experience calling on National Club Retailers (Sam’s, Costco, BJs)
- Experience leading high growth beverage brands
- Has a Bachelor’s degree, preferred
- Deep understanding of Club channel; pricing, positioning, channel competitive dynamic, operations
- Beverage experience in Club channel a plus
- DSD Beverage experience in Club channel a plus
- 2+ years of managing national broker teams
- High IRI and Syndicated data usage knowledge.
- Experience in building a strategic Joint business plan (JBP) with National Retailers.
- P&L management and relevant beverage experience
- Strong interpersonal and buyer relationship building skills
- Has a strong ability to analyze data such as forecasts, sales trends, out of stocks, and seasonality trends
- Ability to move fast and drive results

Employment Type: Full-Time
Work Environment: Home based but will require extensive travel to meet business demand, particularly during selling season (August through November) and reset season (January through April)
