About You

Nutrafol is searching for an HCP Senior Trade Marketing Manager (Healthcare Provider B2B2C Marketing) who will lead the development of marketing strategy and materials to increase brand awareness and product sales of Nutrafol hair and skin health products through Nutrafol’s HCP (Healthcare Professional) and Esthetician partners who sell Nutrafol. This new position will be a key driver for the growth of the brand through our Professional Providers, helping to convey value propositions that resonate with patients and clients (business-to-business-to-consumer marketing). They will be responsible for creating and enhancing brand awareness at all touchpoints of the patient/client journey.  

You will be a strong communicator who is creative, detail-oriented, and demonstrates solid project management skills. The selected candidate will have proven experience leading practice marketing campaigns and the creative development process with designers and copywriters and is comfortable in a fast-paced start-up environment. Experience developing point-of-sale materials (visual merchandising in a doctors’ practice) and social media content is required.

As a member of the Professional Marketing team, this position will report to the Senior Director of Professional Marketing and will closely collaborate with the Professional Marketing team, the Senior National Sales Director, the HCP sales team, the Creative team, and other key cross-functional teams. The selected candidate has proven professional downstream marketing (commercialization) experience with products or treatments sold by physicians in the medical aesthetics or medical device industry in the U.S. Experience working with Dermatologists and/or Estheticians is required. 

Responsibilities

  • Lead the strategy and development of digital and printed materials to increase brand awareness at all touch points of a patient/client journey - from social media and email communications to point-of-sale materials (visual merchandising), in-office videos, and educational brochures. 
  • Lead the development and promotion of digital and print marketing and merchandising materials for patients/clients to drive sell-through sales, including materials for a new Provider Loyalty program to retain and grow accounts.
  • Lead the development and promotion of digital assets (social posts, emails & customizable flyers) to promote company brand campaigns and national awareness campaigns (i.e. Acne Awareness Month) to HCP and Esthetician providers and their patients/clients.
  • Support the Senior Marketing Manager in the development of patient/client education and marketing materials to promote product launches.  
  • Lead the development and promotion of practice marketing and growth education communications and presentations to increase Provider use of Nutrafol marketing assets. 
  • Lead the creative development process for assigned marketing projects, including writing project briefs for the creative teams, providing copy and design direction, managing deadlines, providing creative feedback, and ensuring product messaging and claims are accurate and consistent.
  • Manage material uploads to Nutrafol provider resource website.
  • Stay informed on industry trends, incorporate best practices in Nutrafol materials, and update teams accordingly. 
  • Collaborate with the social media team to develop a social content calendar and assets for HCP and Esthetician providers; identify and recommend HCP and Esthetician content to augment provider presence on  Nutrafol-owned social channels. 
  • Research and secure partnerships with practice marketing companies including in-office video display companies to increase Nutrafol's presence in Provider practices; lead relationships and content development.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to identify, prioritize, and enhance B2B2C marketing materials and communications.  
  • Develop and maintain strong cross-functional stakeholder relationships with the following teams: Professional Marketing, HCP Sales, Creative, Social Media, Brand, Clinical & Medical Affairs, PR, Product Development, Operations, Supply Chain, and Regulatory.
  • Provide timely reporting to measure KPIs, campaign, and program effectiveness to guide future strategies and initiatives.
  • Manage budgeting and invoicing for marketing materials.
  • Support departmental leadership in annual strategic planning and budgeting.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, English, Communications, or a related field preferred.
  • Minimum 5 years of professional downstream marketing (commercialization) experience with products or treatments sold by physicians in the medical aesthetics or medical device industry in the U.S. Experience working with Dermatologists and/or Aestheticians is required.
  • Proven experience executing marketing campaigns and leading the creative development process including design and copy feedback/direction. 
  • Excellent written, communication, and interpersonal skills. Strong presentation skills and highly comfortable interacting with stakeholders at all levels (customers, executives, vendors, etc.).
  • Experience managing a budget and invoicing. 
  • Experience with visual merchandising and social media content.
  • Excellent organizational skills and proven ability to manage multiple projects, coordinate programs, managing from ambiguity to execution.
  • Experience working cross-functionally with sales, creative, social media, medical affairs, etc. 
  • Adaptable team player comfortable in an agile environment who can evolve, pivot, and pitch in as needed
  • Estimated travel: 10-20% (fieldwork with reps, HCP & Esthetician events, and tradeshows, offsite planning meetings, etc).

 

Nutrafol takes into consideration a wide range of factors in final compensation decisions, including but not limited to: skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, qualifications and education, and other business and organizational needs. The listed range is applicable only to the annual base salary and does not include additional perks, benefits, or applicable bonus eligibility comprising the total compensation package.

Salary Range:

$125,000 - $140,000 USD
