About You

Nutrafol is looking for a data driven and growth mindset  Growth Marketing Associate primarily focused on TikTok & SnapChat paid social channels. In this role, you will be integral in managing, testing, optimizing, and scaling Nutrafol’s TikTok & SnapChat marketing campaigns. The main focus of this role will be supporting conversion marketing for new customer acquisition for Nutrafol subscription services.   

You will be responsible for day-to-day campaign management, ad creative executions, optimizations, pixel management, budget pacing, troubleshooting platform challenges, and more. This role will be supported by growth team counterparts, a healthy budget, a creative pipeline, a data & analytics team, and a digital product and tech team. The role will report to our Growth Marketing Senior Associate.

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for managing daily budgets and monthly pacing on TikTok and SnapChat.
  • Executing optimizations, ad launches, campaign management, and all general updates in channel ad platforms (including campaign management via Smartly).
  • Identifying and executing daily platform performance optimizations grounded in data. 
  • Be an expert in Tiktok and SnapChat campaign types, targeting new tools, ad formats, add-ons and innovation, suggest testing into new opportunities.
  • Act as the in-house expert for TikTok and SnapChat, staying abreast of trends and bringing together ideas to the greater team to help plan toward new best practices. 
  • Manage pixel optimization, roadmap, and tests in partnership with the technology team.
  • Manage the execution of a robust A/B testing plan to prove scalable campaigns.
  • Strong daily observation of all campaigns, pixels, and performance to identify any issues for troubleshooting. 
  • Support brand marketing campaign strategy, feedback, and reporting
  • Bring challenges and opportunities to Tiktok and SnapChat representative meetings. 
  • On occasion, provide support for other channels such as Meta, Pinterest etc.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3+ years of experience working on TikTok conversion optimized campaigns in an agency or in-house with a brand; wellness/DTC experience is a plus
  • Growth mindset - you are on a quest to learn and develop personally & professionally and have a passion for exploring and testing new performance marketing channels while working in a fast-paced environment with deadlines and sales goals
  • Proven track record of managing and executing paid channels at scale
  • Experience with web analytics tools
  • Analytical mindset and creative thinker to strategize and execute testing and implementing learnings
  • Comfortable working cross-functionally with brand, creative, and tech
  • Great communication skills, you are capable of translating your data-driven insights into actionable recommendations
  • Ability to create and present on projects, proposals, and performance
  • Ability to pivot and adjust to changes based on ever-changing market and business goals
  • Proven ability to hit all critical KPI’s with a brand-centric mindset.
  • Enjoy the creative process - you’ll be working in constant collaboration with marketers, designers, and writers.

Nice to Haves:

  • Familiarity with Smartly ad management tool
  • Experience in executing for other channels such as Reddit etc.
Nutrafol takes into consideration a wide range of factors in final compensation decisions, including but not limited to: skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, qualifications and education, and other business and organizational needs. The listed range is applicable only to the annual base salary and does not include additional perks, benefits, or applicable bonus eligibility comprising the total compensation package.

Salary Range:

$80,000 - $90,000 USD
