About You

Nutrafol is looking for a driven, growth mindset Performance Marketing Senior Associate with a passion to grow! In this role, you will be an integral part of executing, managing, testing and optimizing paid social media channels with significant marketing spend. The main focus of this role will be supporting new customer acquisition via Meta while secondarily supporting emerging channels and retention initiatives.

You will be responsible for day to day campaign management, budget management, campaign launches, reporting, and optimizations of existing paid social channels. Along with hands-on keyboard work, this role will also touch on creative briefing & reviews, planning & executing our testing roadmap, aiding future planning & bigger picture strategy for the Meta channel, and more. This role will be supported & collaborative with a strong analytics team and creative team and will report to our Performance Marketing Manager.

Responsibilities:

  • Own day-to-day account and campaign management of paid social ad programs on Meta.
  • Responsible for executing ad launches, audience updates, bid changes, optimizations, feed changes, pixel management and campaign updates for Meta and other emerging social channels.
  • Be proactive with daily channel optimizations: Our Meta channel requires strong attention to detail and you must be able to serve as the eyes and ears of the channel.
  • Keeps daily pulse of campaign performance, monitoring and maintaining budgets, pacing and scaling adjustments. This role will serve as the eyes & ears of our Meta channel.
  • Work closely with the content management team to brief in concepts for channel needs & provide feedback on creative. 
  • Plan the creative brief pipeline on a quarterly basis, as well as building out briefs & reviewing content from our internal creative team and agency partners.
  • Partner with influencer team, creative team and community management team to create new whitelist ads, manage account permissions, monitor comments, report on ad performance and execute on rights timelines.
  • Reporting on key weekly & monthly performance findings with recommendations for optimizations.
  • Executing new channel launches, focused on driving new customer acquisition.
  • Executing & managing on a robust testing roadmap for paid social media initiatives.
  • Troubleshooting performance challenges and bugs on paid social platforms.
  • Managing partnerships with channel’s external account representatives.
  • Managing paid social channel’s monthly payments in partnership with accounts payable.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience working on paid social media performance marketing campaigns, preferably with a focus on user acquisition and conversion marketing within the D2C/ecommerce space. 
  • Strong background in a hands-on keyboard role within Meta Ads Manager and/or Smartly (Smartly experience is nice to have, not a requirement).
  • Growth mindset - you are on a quest to learn and develop personally & professionally and have a passion for exploring and testing new performance marketing channels.
  • Self-starter - you are not afraid to dive in on new projects and step out of your comfort zone. 
  • Proven track record of managing and executing paid social programs within Facebook Ads Manager and other paid social channels. 
  • Experience with web analytics tools like Google Analytics and Tableau.
  • Analytical mindset and creative thinker to aid in channel strategy.
  • Comfortable working cross-functionally with brand, creative, and tech.
  • Great communication skills, both oral and written. 
  • Ability to pivot and adjust to changes based on ever changing market, social platforms, and business goals. 
  • Proven ability to hit all critical KPI’s with a brand centric mindset.
  • Enjoy the creative process - you’ll be working in constant collaboration with marketers, designers, and writers.

  • Familiarity with Smartly ads platform tool
  • Experience in launching new paid social channels
  • Experience in health/wellness ecommerce space
  • Experience in marketing subscription services
  • Experience working with influencers and partnership for content creation
Nutrafol takes into consideration a wide range of factors in final compensation decisions, including but not limited to: skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, qualifications and education, and other business and organizational needs. The listed range is applicable only to the annual base salary and does not include additional perks, benefits, or applicable bonus eligibility comprising the total compensation package.

Salary Range:

$90,000 - $105,000 USD
