About You

Nutrafol is seeking a Sr. Data Architect to lead the strategy & transformation of data infrastructure, automate data and information flows to ensure speed and compliance & accuracy, oversee the integration with WBC datalake, and enable seamless integration with the existing data warehouse.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Data Strategy & Architecture

    • Architect comprehensive data strategy aligned with Nutrafol's business objectives and integrated with Nutrafol technology architecture & patterns
    • Design scalable data manipulation and reporting frameworks that support real-time business intelligence
    • Scale Snowflake as the central data platform with seamless integration to WBC DataLake
    • Establish robust data governance frameworks ensuring security, compliance, and data quality standards

    Strategic System Implementations

    • D365 Implementation 
      • Lead Integrations and EDI work streams
      • Lead Data Migration work stream for D365
      • Engineer dedicated environment from raw ingest tables to D365 specific needs
    • Syndigo MDM Implementation 
      • Lead Master Data Management work stream for unified product, customer and vendor master

    Governance & Compliance

    • Represent Nutrafol in WBC Data governance initiatives
    • Ensure all data practices meet regulatory requirements and industry best practices
    • Establish data quality monitoring and continuous improvement processes

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in a senior role within an engineering organization, including experience leading data architecture - systems and processes for high volume eCommerce websites and leading ERP implementations 
  • Working knowledge of data systems and warehouses, including experience with data quality monitoring and compliance
  • Strong technical background and deep understanding of software development processes, methodologies, and tools within the eCommerce space is required; DTC experience is a plus 
  • 4+ years of D365 implementation experience and a proven track record in configuring, implementing, and optimizing Microsoft Dynamics 365, particularly focusing on Supply Chain/Operations and Finance teams
  • Deep Understanding of eCommerce, direct to consumer models combined with more traditional CPG sales functions. 
  • Highly collaborative approach & natural stakeholder management skills; you’re a skilled communicator with the ability to build strong relationships and influence stakeholders of all levels, including global teams and parent-company partners.
  • Ability to articulate a strategic vision for the D365 platform, weigh competing priorities, and make data-driven decisions that align with broader organizational goals
  • Experience leading at least one successful ERP migration project, preferably from QuickBooks to D365; familiarity with QuickBooks Enterprise data structures, financial workflows, and common migration challenges required
  • Comfortable working in an Agile environment.
Nutrafol takes into consideration a wide range of factors in final compensation decisions, including but not limited to: skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, qualifications and education, and other business and organizational needs. The listed range is applicable only to the annual base salary and does not include additional perks, benefits, or applicable bonus eligibility comprising the total compensation package.

Salary Range:

$150,000 - $170,000 USD
