About the Role:

Nutrafol is seeking a highly skilled D365 Finance & Operations (F&O) Product Owner to lead the next chapter of our ERP journey. Having successfully completed our Phase 1 go-live and hypercare, migrating from QuickBooks to Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O, we are now operating in business-as-usual (BAU) mode. Our focus has shifted from deployment to running a stable, high-performing platform, optimizing it for the business, and scaling into future implementation phases.

This role serves as the subject matter expert (SME) and Product Owner for D365 F&O. You will lead the operational day-to-day in partnership with our D365 system administrator, own and drive the strategic product roadmap, and plan and lead future implementation phases (Phase 2 and beyond) that expand the platform's capabilities across Finance, Supply Chain, and Operations.

Day-to-day, you will keep BAU running smoothly including version upgrades, drive continued adoption and continuous improvement, and partner across Nutrafol, Unilever (parent company), and the broader Wellbeing Collective teams. This role requires the ability to translate strategic objectives into actionable solutions within D365 while balancing the needs of a high-growth, dynamic environment.

Beyond owning day-to-day operations, you will own the strategic product roadmap, ensuring maximum business value and user adoption. You'll act as a critical bridge between Nutrafol, other WBC business verticals, Unilever's technical teams, and third-party delivery partners to deliver a successful, integrated, and compliant ERP platform.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead BAU operations day-to-day. Act as the primary D365 SME for business-as-usual, partnering closely with the D365 system administrator to ensure ongoing system performance, stability, issue triage and resolution, and business continuity now that Phase 1 is live and stabilized.
  • Own the D365 product strategy and roadmap, defining and maintaining the product roadmap for Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O as well as our integrated third party solutions, ensuring alignment with Nutrafol's operational and financial objectives as well as Unilever's broader platform strategy.
  • Plan and lead future implementation phases, including Phase 2 and beyond—scoping, prioritizing, and rolling out additional D365 modules and functionality that expand capabilities across Finance, Supply Chain, and Operations.
  • Translate stakeholder requirements into solutions, working with cross-functional teams (Supply Chain, Operations, Finance, etc.) to capture business needs and configure D365 to meet or exceed those requirements.
  • Drive continuous improvement by identifying, prioritizing, and delivering new features and enhancements that optimize the D365 environment and related business processes.
  • Collaborate with the Wellbeing Collective D365 teams, including shared communities of practice with peer product owners.
  • Ensure ongoing compliance of Nutrafol's D365 instance with AFCF and ICF control frameworks to meet internal and external audit expectations. Including opportunities to automate controls using D365 customizations.
  • Serve as the go-to D365 expert for Finance and SC/Ops functions, offering guidance and support to stakeholders during design, enhancement, change management, and adoption.
  • Oversee ongoing change management, including developing and delivering effective communications, training, and documentation for new features and future phases to ensure seamless adoption across all levels of the organization.
  • Manage the vendor relationship with third party delivery partners and support teams, including weekly support ticket reviews for BAU, defining the Evolve budget of CRs with the business, and working with development teams.

Requirements:

  • 8+ years of experience in a Business Analyst / Technical Product role with a solid understanding of end-to-end business operational and financial processes, ideally in CPG, Manufacturing, Wholesale, or Retail industry; DTC and eCommerce experience is a plus.
  • 4+ years of hands-on D365 implementation experience and a proven track record in configuring, implementing, and optimizing Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O, particularly across Supply Chain/Operations and Finance functions.
  • Experience supporting a D365 environment in BAU including: stabilization, ongoing support operations, and partnering with system administrators, and leading post–go-live optimization and multi-phase rollouts.
  • Deep understanding of eCommerce and direct-to-consumer models combined with more traditional CPG sales functions.
  • Highly collaborative approach and natural stakeholder management skills; a skilled communicator with the ability to build strong relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels, including global teams and parent-company partners.
  • Ability to articulate a strategic vision and define a product roadmap for the D365 platform, weigh competing priorities, and make data-driven decisions that align with broader organizational goals.
  • Experience leading at least one successful ERP migration project, preferably from QuickBooks to D365.
  • Comfortable working in an Agile environment.

Voluntary Self-Identification of Disability

Form CC-305
OMB Control Number 1250-0005
Expires 04/30/2026

Why are you being asked to complete this form?

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. To do this, we must ask applicants and employees if they have a disability or have ever had one. People can become disabled, so we need to ask this question at least every five years.

Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.
