El puesto

Buscamos un/a Asociado de Almacén capaz de desempeñar diversas funciones en nuestro equipo de almacén. El/la candidato/a ideal es una persona motivada y con atención al detalle. Somos una empresa en rápido crecimiento; tendrás la oportunidad de crecer con nosotros!

Qué harás

  • Llenar productos en nuestras áreas de producción utilizando herramientas como cucharadas y balanzas
  • Recoger, empacar y/o enviar pedidos de clientes utilizando escáneres, computadoras y/o impresoras
  • Mantener un buen orden en las áreas de trabajo
  • Cumplir con las Buenas Prácticas de Manufactura (BPM) y los Procedimientos Operativos Estándar (POE) en un entorno de producción de alimentos
  • Operar máquinas de almacén, según sea necesario, y/o de acuerdo con las funciones de una posición de levantamiento de cargas pesada - específico a posición de cargas pesadas
  • Otras tareas que se asignen

Qué aportarás

  • Disponibilidad para trabajar a tiempo completo en nuestro turno de dia o de noche; los horarios se ajustan a las necesidades del negocio
  • Capacidad para realizar trabajo físico y levantar hasta 25 lbs y, ocasionalmente, hasta 50 lbs. 
  • Posiciones que requiren levantar pesado, requiere capacidad para levantar hasta 50 lbs de forma constante durante un turno completo.
  • Capacidad para estar de pie/caminar un promedio de 8 horas seguidas, con movimientos adicionales como empujar, jalar, cuclillarse, agacharse o alcanzar objetos. 
  • Capacidad para trabajar en almacén con diversos alérgenos, incluidos las nueces, trigo, soya, leche, etc.
  • Fuerte sentido de urgencia para completar el trabajo a tiempo. 
  • Extremadamente detallista. 
  • Excelente ética laboral, puntualidad y gran fiabilidad. 
  • Capacidad para comunicarse de forma respetuosa, eficaz y profesional con compañeros y gerentes. 
  • Diploma de secundaria o equivalente, o más de 2 años de experiencia en almacén o producción de alimentos.
