We’re looking for a Senior Estimator to help lead and grow our estimating department alongside our leadership team. This is more than just a numbers role, you’ll be shaping pursuits, building relationships, and driving NuuCo’s presence with general contractors, owners, and designers.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead Estimating Efforts: Manage take-offs, develop bids, and oversee a small team (2 estimators + 1 admin) with hands-on leadership.

  • Vendor & Subcontractor Coordination: Call vendors, solicit pricing, and ensure accurate, competitive proposals.

  • Pursuit Strategy: Participate in go/no-go decisions and risk assessments for upcoming projects.

  • Sales & Business Development: Partner with GCs, owners, and designers to position NuuCo on the front end of opportunities.

  • Team Growth: Support and mentor junior estimators while helping scale a department built for the future.

Salary offers are typically made between the entry and midpoint of the range and are based on factors such as experience, education, and internal equity.

$140,000 - $165,000 USD
