About the Role

The Client Operations Lead partners closely with Customer Success to deliver strong client outcomes through execution, operational rigor, and 340B subject matter expertise.

You will work within a portfolio of clients to ensure successful implementation, adoption, and ongoing optimization of NuvemRx solutions, including nuReferrals powered by par8o. This role is focused on helping clients translate strategy into execution and measurable performance.

Where the Customer Success Manager owns the overall relationship, retention, and growth strategy, the Client Operations Lead ensures the day-to-day work gets done, insights are surfaced, and opportunities are realized.

 

What You’ll Do

Client Outcomes and Value Delivery

  • Support a portfolio of clients in achieving measurable 340B program outcomes
  • Deliver performance insights and operational reporting that clearly show progress and opportunity
  • Partner with Customer Success to execute against client goals and success plans
  • Help translate client objectives into actionable workflows and improvements

Implementation and Operational Execution

  • Lead and support client implementations from kickoff through go-live
  • Manage timelines, milestones, and cross-functional coordination
  • Ensure consistent execution across client workflows and operational processes
  • Identify gaps in execution and drive resolution

Performance Optimization

  • Analyze client data to identify trends, missed opportunities, and areas for improvement
  • Drive referral capture optimization and workflow improvements
  • Provide clear, actionable recommendations grounded in data
  • Help clients improve both operational efficiency and financial performance

Customer Health and Support

  • Partner with Customer Success to monitor engagement, performance, and risk indicators
  • Act as a responsive and knowledgeable partner for client needs and questions
  • Support issue resolution with urgency and ownership
  • Reinforce client confidence through consistent, high-quality execution

Execution Discipline and Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Maintain accurate tracking of activities, reporting, and deliverables
  • Follow defined processes and contribute to improving them over time
  • Partner with Product, Data, and Operations to surface client feedback and improve solutions
  • Contribute to documentation, playbooks, and scalable ways of working

 

What You Bring

Core Capabilities

  • Experience working in a client-facing or operational role within healthcare
  • Familiarity with healthcare delivery environments such as FQHCs, health systems, or pharmacy operations
  • Working knowledge of the 340B program and how it drives operational and financial outcomes
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Clear and effective communication across a range of stakeholders
  • Comfort working with data and using it to identify issues and opportunities
  • Ability to operate with ownership in a fast-paced, evolving environment

Preferred Experience

  • Experience supporting implementations, operations, or customer success in healthcare or SaaS
  • Exposure to 340B referral capture workflows or similar processes
  • Familiarity with healthcare technology platforms such as EHRs, pharmacy systems, or 340B tools
  • Experience with tools such as Salesforce or similar systems

Compensation

The expected base salary for this role is $80,000 – $93,000. This range may vary based on factors such as experience, skills, location, and internal equity.

NuvemRx complies with applicable pay transparency laws. The compensation range listed reflects the expected base salary at the time of posting, and actual compensation may vary.
