Senior Creative Director

Summary of Position:
At NVE, you’ll be part of the team who is defining the future of experiential marketing. As a Senior Creative Director, you will lead some of the agency’s most ambitious creative endeavors and shape the direction of high-profile campaigns for several global brands. This role combines strategic oversight, visionary thinking, and hands-on involvement in delivering world-class brand experiences.
Job Responsibilities:
- Drive the creative vision for several premium spirits brands and oversee the work through execution
- Lead and inspire creative teams to develop innovative, breakthrough concepts – the kind of work that makes other creatives and agencies jealous
- Collaborate with strategy to uncover insights that lead to big ideas
- Articulate ideas through best-in-class storytelling – both in decks and in your delivery
- Ensure the concept and the vision for the work is seen through execution
- Represent the agency in IAT work sessions, client meetings, pitches, and industry events, serving as a creative thought leader
- Be a student of great work – the kind of person who can rattle off all the classics as well as the person who has seen the work everyone is talking about this week
- Provide mentorship and guidance to less experienced team members, fostering their development
- Stay ahead of industry trends, incorporating cutting-edge techniques into creative work
- Build strong relationships with clients, ensuring satisfaction and trust in the creative process
- Champion a culture of innovation, collaboration, and inclusivity within the agency
Qualifications:
- You have a portfolio of industry-leading, award-winning, press-earning work
- You embody NVE’s behaviors – be courageous, be committed, be curious, be catalysts, and be good citizens
- You consider yourself a creative first but also a marketer – you understand the business we’re in and how experiential fits into the mix
- You have at least 10 years of experience as a creative including 5+ managing projects and people
- You are confident, passionate and have a POV, but not an ego – you know that this work takes teamwork
Requirements:
- Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% or more of the time
Location:
We are a hybrid company with hub locations in Los Angeles and New York. The ideal candidate is located in LA or NY, however, we will consider remote candidates for this role.

Salary Estimation: [$170,000.00 - $190,000.00]
This is an Exempt full-time role. NVE intends to provide a competitive total compensation package which includes a variety of incentives, benefits, growth and developmental opportunities. There are many factors to the presented salary range, including but not limited to - location, departmental budgets, certifications, and overall job-related qualifications.
