Senior Producer, Presentation Content

New York, NY

NVE Experience Agency is a brand experience and production agency dedicated to building ideas rooted in culture and guided by the principle that ‘The Right Moment Will Transform Someone Forever.’ NVE’s team of creatives, strategists, and producers develop insight-driven ideas rooted in culture to convert consumer attention into commitment, action, and brand loyalty.

Summary of Position:

NVE is seeking a Senior Producer, Keynote Content (B2B) to own and shape executive-level keynote and breakout narratives and shepherd them through flawless production and delivery. This is a senior, highly visible role that sits at the intersection of storytelling, strategy, and live content execution.

The Senior Producer, Keynote Content is equal parts narrative leader, executive partner, and producer. You will work closely with C-suite and senior client stakeholders, creative and strategy teams, and technical production partners to translate complex B2B / B2C messaging into clear, compelling presentation experiences—ranging from flagship keynotes to breakout sessions, roadshow decks, and modular content systems—across live, hybrid, broadcast, and pre-recorded environments.

This role requires fluency not only in high-impact keynote storytelling, but also in designing scalable presentation frameworks and templates that empower clients to extend narratives across multiple formats and audiences. You must bring strong executive presence, sharp storytelling instincts, and the ability to lead cross-functional teams without direct authority—protecting narrative intent while navigating the real-world constraints of production timelines, budgets, and technical realities.

Job Responsibilities:

Keynote + Breakout Narrative & Content Leadership

  • Own and shape keynote narratives that articulate brand vision, strategy, innovation, and thought leadership
  • Translate complex B2B strategies, product stories, and customer impact into audience-first keynote experiences
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to senior executives and C-suite presenters on keynote structure, flow, and delivery
  • Partner with Creative, Strategy, Content, and Design teams to develop cohesive keynote storytelling
  • Integrate customer stories, executive messaging, and brand values into a unified narrative arc

Show Content Production

  • Lead keynote content from concept through delivery across live, hybrid, broadcast, and pre-recorded formats
  • Oversee run-of-show, speaker flow, timing, and content integration
  • Ensure narrative intent carries through every layer of execution—from script to stage to screen
  • Partner closely with technical production teams (AV, broadcast, scenic, lighting, sound) to ensure seamless delivery
  • Maintain composure and decisiveness in high-pressure rehearsal and live show environments

Project & Program Management

  • Own keynote project delivery end-to-end, ensuring programs are delivered on time, on budget, and at the highest quality bar
  • Develop detailed workback schedules, content timelines, and production plans
  • Manage multiple high-visibility keynote initiatives simultaneously, often under tight deadlines
  • Anticipate risks and proactively develop solutions to maintain momentum and protect narrative clarity

Client & Executive Stakeholder Partnership

  • Act as a primary point of contact for presentation keynote-related client communications
  • Build trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders and internal leadership
  • Clearly communicate production realities, timelines, and trade-offs to support informed decision-making
  • Provide calm, confident leadership to executives during rehearsals, run-throughs, and live events

Budget, Resources & Collaboration

  • Develop and manage keynote-specific budgets, ensuring fiscal responsibility and margin integrity
  • Oversee vendor scoping, sourcing, and cost negotiations related to content and technical execution
    • This role requires a proven rolodex of trusted partners
  • Lead cross-functional collaboration across creative, strategy, design, content, and technical teams
  • Drive alignment and accountability across teams and partners without direct authority

Team Leadership & Talent Development

  • Lead and mentor producers and project team members supporting keynote content
  • Ability to rapidly assemble and lead high-performing, agile teams by leveraging a curated network of freelancers and industry experts.
  • Foster a collaborative, solutions-oriented environment that balances creative ambition with executional reality
  • Support training and growth of production talent within the B2B team

Qualifications:

  • 8–10+ years of experience in event, content, or keynote production, with a strong emphasis on executive-level or B2B storytelling
  • Proven experience producing high-impact keynotes for large-scale conferences, product launches, or industry events
  • Exceptional storytelling skills with the ability to transform complex ideas into clear, compelling narratives
  • Strong executive presence and comfort working directly with C-suite and senior leaders
  • Deep understanding of live, hybrid, and broadcast production workflows
  • Ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence outcomes without direct authority
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • High proficiency in presentation tools (Keynote, Google Slides, PowerPoint) with strong visual storytelling instincts
  • Ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-stakes environments with shifting priorities

Requirements:

  • Willingness to travel and work onsite for rehearsals and live events (including evenings and weekends as needed)
  • Ability to work in live event environments and lift up to 25 pounds

Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.
