Summary of Position:

At NVE, Client Services exists to drive growth for our clients, our business, and our teams through exceptional partnership, thoughtful counsel and the delivery of premium brand experiences. 

In this role, the Account Executive contributes by leading work - supporting strong client relationships through organized execution, clear communication and reliable delivery across projects and workstreams. 

We are seeking an Account Executive to support the Client Services department across assigned clients by managing foundational project tasks and day-to-day activities. The Account Executive ensures deliverables are tracked, timelines are maintained, and client communications are accurate and timely while building foundational client rapport, developing financial awareness, and growing toward ownership of larger workstreams and project scopes.

Role Priorities:

  • Project Management: Owns task lists, timelines, and deliverable tracking across teams, ensuring project fundamentals are executed accurately and on time.
  • Workstream Coordination: Supports smaller (Tier 3) workstreams and may project manage individual scopes with supervision.
  • Business Fundamentals: Develops foundational understanding of project scopes, budgets, client structures and agency capabilities while supporting project debriefs and recaps. 
  • Client Relationships: Builds professional rapport with client teams by executing requests reliably and supporting day-to-day communications.
  • Retainer Support: Provides strong project management support across retainer accounts, focusing on execution accuracy and timeline discipline.
  • New Business & Growth Support: Provides project management support on RFPs, assisting with case studies, competitive analysis, timelines, and coordination across teams. 
  • Onsite Execution: Supports onsite production through guest engagement, check-in, client services support, and daily recap preparation.
  • Financial Operations: Supports SOW documentation, invoice tracking and PO management while maintaining awareness of project budgets under senior team guidance.

Job Responsibilities:

Client Services

  • Support development and maintenance of client relationships across assigned projects.
  • Assist with day-to-day client communications and execution of requests.
  • Prepare and distribute meeting agendas, notes, and status updates.
  • Gather and organize client feedback and ensure it is communicated to internal teams.
  • Conduct client and category research to support project planning, and support the development of experiential solutions aligned to client objectives.

Team Collaboration

  • Participate actively in internal meetings and cross-functional discussions.
  • Escalate risks and roadblocks to supervisor in a timely manner.
  • Support the Account Manager and senior team in coordinating Experiential Assistant/Coordinators or Interns when applicable. 

Project Management

  • Manage task lists, timelines, and internal project documentation.
  • Lead smaller (Tier 3) workstreams or project components with supervision.
  • Maintain internal and external status reports.
  • Clearly communicate deadlines and expectations to project teams.
  • Ensure project documentation is organized and properly stored.
  • Support project planning and documentation by assisting with customer profiles, competitive analysis, case studies, recap decks, and forward planning materials.
  • Track time and assist with resource reporting accuracy.
  • Proactively identify small process improvements to increase efficiency.

Finance & Administrative Support

  • Support SOW preparation and documentation (no signature authority).
  • Track invoicing timelines and assist in PO collection.
  • Maintain billing trackers and ensure invoices are submitted for supervisor approval.
  • Monitor project budgets under senior guidance.
  • Assist in budget reconciliations post-event.

Qualifications:

  • 2–4 years of experience in client services, experiential marketing, integrated campaigns, or agency environments.
  • Strong organizational skills with demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Detail-oriented with high accuracy in documentation, communication flow, and task tracking.
  • Proven ability to support client communications professionally and build rapport through reliability and consistency.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with confidence in internal and client-facing settings.
  • Basic understanding of agency workflow, project scopes, and financial documentation (SOWs, invoices, POs).
  • Accountable for timely delivery of assigned tasks and accuracy of information shared with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Collaborative under pressure with an eagerness to learn and grow within the agency environment.
  • Willingness to support onsite production and extended hours when necessary.
  • Interest in brand marketing and culturally relevant experiential work.

Requirements: 

  • Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% or more of the time.

Location: We are a hybrid company with hub locations in Los Angeles and New York. The ideal candidate is located in any of our hub locations.

Salary Estimation: [$70,500.00 - $85,000.00 per year]

This is an exempt full-time position. NVE intends to provide a competitive total compensation package which includes a variety of incentives, benefits, growth and developmental opportunities. There are many factors to the presented salary range, including but not limited to - location, departmental budgets, certifications, and overall job-related qualifications.
