Summary of Position:

At NVE, Client Services exists to drive growth for our clients, our business, and our teams through exceptional partnership, thoughtful counsel and the delivery of premium brand experiences. 

In this role, the Account Manager contributes by leading work - driving organized project delivery, maintaining alignment across teams, and helping translate client objectives into successful experiential programs.

We are seeking an Account Manager to lead mid-size experiential projects and workstreams while supporting broader account strategy and execution. The Account Manager manages scopes and financial tracking, drives clarity across internal and client teams, and builds trusted client relationships through reliable delivery and proactive communication. This individual coordinates cross-functional teams and continues to develop toward ownership of larger integrated programs and workstreams. 

Role Priorities:

  • Project Management: Project manages mid-size (Tier 2) workstreams and supports large (Tier 1) programs, ensuring clarity across timelines, deliverables and cross-functional coordination.
  • Workstream Ownership: Leads smaller (Tier 3) workstreams end-to-end, driving execution and coordinating cross-functional teams.
  • Business Impact: Supports scope creation, develops an understanding of client business goals, and connects project work to broader brand objectives.
  • Client Relationships: Leads day-to-day client communications at the project level, delivering reliably and earning trust through proactive problem solving.
  • New Business & Growth: Supports proposal development and pitch materials for RFPs, contributing ideas and ensuring work aligns to project KPIs. May lead smaller RFPS or growth opportunities for existing clients, with senior guidance.
  • Onsite Management: Acts as onsite account representative for assigned workstreams, supporting production leadership and maintaining strong client experience.
  • Finance Management: Manages project-level financial oversight including MSA and SOW support, invoice tracking, PO management, and budget monitoring in partnership with Production.

Job Responsibilities:

Client Services

  • Manage and develop client relationships across assigned projects and accounts.
  • Serve as day-to-day client point of contact across assigned projects.
  • Lead client communications and ensure expectations are clearly managed.
  • Provide weekly status updates and maintain internal and external reporting.
  • Support senior leadership in developing forward plans and identifying upcoming opportunities with clients.
  • Prepare monthly client reports and performance updates as applicable.
  • Gather insights, results and documentation to support recap decks, case studies and knowledge sharing.
  • Anticipate client needs and proactively recommend solutions.
  • Own project debriefs and client recaps.
  • Support onsite execution and client management during live programs.

Workstream Ownership

  • Lead internal project teams across assigned workstreams.
  • Provide guidance to Experiential Coordinators and junior team members on project management best practices.
  • Drive clarity across cross-functional partners.
  • Pressure test briefs and responses to ensure alignment with KPIs.
  • Assist with onboarding new team members across assigned workstreams to ensure smooth integration into project workflows. 
  • Escalate challenges appropriately with proposed solutions.

Project Management

  • Lead day-to-day project management across mid-size (Tier 2) projects and workstreams.
  • Own workstreams with light to moderate supervisor oversight.
  • Host and schedule internal and client meetings.
  • Maintain detailed timelines and status documents.
  • Manage decks and ensure all deliverables are completed on time.
  • Hold internal teams accountable to deadlines.
  • Ensure resource tracking and timesheet accuracy.

Finance & Scope Management 

  • Execute smaller (Tier 3) SOWs under $500K and support larger scopes
  • Partner with Production on budget tracking and reconciliations
  • Track invoicing and ensure POs are secured in a timely manner
  • Monitor scope changes and flag potential overages.
  • Maintain billing trackers and ensure supervisor sign-off

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in experiential marketing, account leadership, or agency environments.
  • Demonstrated experience managing projects or workstreams end-to-end, within mid-size experiential programs. 
  • Experience supporting integrated campaigns across paid, earned, social, and owned channels.
  • Strong organizational skills and project management rigor with the ability to manage multiple concurrent workstreams.
  • Experience tracking project budgets, SOWs, POs, and financial documentation.
  • Proven ability to build trusted client relationships and manage day-to-day communications confidently.
  • Confident communicator with strong written, verbal, and presentation skills.
  • Solution-oriented mindset with the ability to anticipate client needs and problem-solve proactively.
  • Collaborative under pressure with the ability to operate calmly during live programs and tight timelines.
  • Experience guiding or supporting junior team members and contributing to onboarding efforts.
  • Strategic awareness of client business goals and ability to connect project execution to broader brand objectives.
  • Highly organized, process-driven, and adaptable in fast-paced environments.
  • Willingness to support onsite production and extended hours when necessary

Requirements: 

  • Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% or more of the time.

Location: We are a hybrid company with hub locations in Los Angeles and New York. The ideal candidate is located in any of our hub locations.

Salary Estimation: [$85,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year]

This is an exempt full-time position. NVE intends to provide a competitive total compensation package which includes a variety of incentives, benefits, growth and developmental opportunities. There are many factors to the presented salary range, including but not limited to - location, departmental budgets, certifications, and overall job-related qualifications.
