What will you be doing:
We are looking for an experienced, talented, and compassionate RN Clinical Educator for a full-time position located in the South Shore area.
As an integral member of the Education Team, you will participate in the needs assessment, content development, deployment and evaluation of education and training activities that enhance the performance, professional development, and continuing competence of the field clinicians. The RN Clinical Educator respects and promotes the mission, values, and vision of NVNA and Hospice. You will monitor clinical care and patient outcomes for adherence to care plan, meeting patient needs, producing desired outcomes, and provision of interdisciplinary care through observation of clinical visits and records review.
What we’re looking for in you:
- Conducts performance assessment and documentation, EMR support to clinical staff.
- Maintains ability to manage a limited caseload to optimize clinical skills and EMR proficiency.
- Excellent observation and communication skills (verbal, written and presentation).
- Mandatory experience in home care.
- Strong OASIS skills (Home Health).
- Strong computer skills necessary and experience in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel.
- Able to work under pressure and shift priorities as necessary.
- Able to be flexible and dependable.
- Able to problem-solve and troubleshoot quickly and effectively.
- Strong organizational, decision-making, and time management skills.
- Ability to work in field through South Shore and be flexible.
- Adaptability to work in Norwell office, M-F, 40 hours per week.
