What will you be doing:
The Hospice House Administrative Assistant will assist the clinical manager and director and support the staff and families to improve day to day operations.
- Responsible for inventory, ordering and stocking WB Mason, Medline supplies weekly/as needed in addition to house groceries and necessities
- Maintains and distribute weekly resident menus and informational binders in residents' rooms
- Provides Clerical support to clinical managers and clinical staff, including scheduling, updating the calendars and coordinating with the volunteers
What we’re looking for in you:
- High School Diploma or Equivale required
- 2+ years of office related experience required, strongly preferred in a health care setting
- Good communications skills, both verbal and written
- Organized. flexible and ability to work effectively under pressure
- Ability to work independently with minimum supervision
- Compassionate and caring attitude, sympathetic
- Availability to work: Tuesday, Thursday & Saturday
