What will you be doing:

 

We are looking for an experienced, talented, and compassionate LPN for a full-time position located in the Weymouth area.

The LPN will work collaboratively with the RN case manager to provide skilled nursing services to patients in their homes. You are responsible for direct patient care and to provide any changes in status directly to the physician and case manager. You must work collaboratively within the team structure and have strong communication skills.

Pay rate: starting from $36/hr+

What we’re looking for in you:

 

  • Current Massachusetts Licensed Practical Nurse license in good standing.
  • 2+ years of LPN experience required.
  • Prior homecare experience preferred.
  • Strong clinical assessment skills and the ability to prioritize and triage patients.
  • Exceptional communication skills and the ability to work within a team structure.
  • Excellent organizational skills and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently and understanding of how to access resources for patients.
  • Excellent computer skills.
