What will you be doing:
We are looking for an experienced, talented, and compassionate Home Care Registered Nurse for a full-time or part-time 32-40 hours per week position for the Hingham area.
The Registered Nurse is responsible for providing direct patient care in the patient’s home. Must have a strong clinical background to conduct assessments, develop care plans and work collaboratively with the patient’s physician to provide optimum care in the home. The Registered Nurse is responsible for the coordination of care and identifying the need for other services in the home.
Pay rate: 44/hr. - 55/hr.+ Based on experience
What we’re looking for in you:
- Current Massachusetts Nursing license in good standing.
- Registered Nurse (bachelor’s degree preferred).
- 2+ years of nursing experience required.
- Strong clinical assessment skills and the ability to prioritize and triage patients.
- Exceptional communication skills and the ability to work within a team structure.
- Excellent organizational skills and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and understanding of how to access resources for patients.
- Strong computer skills.
