We are looking for an experienced, talented, and compassionate Executive Support & Projects Specialist for a part-time position.
The Part-Time Executive Support & Projects Specialist serves as a trusted partner to the CEO, providing project management, research, and strategic support across organizational priorities. This role is ideal for a highly organized, self-directed professional who thrives in a dynamic environment and enjoys collaborating with both internal teams and external partners.
You will help drive key initiatives that strengthen NVNA and Hospice’s advocacy efforts, referral relationships, and organizational impact.
Compensation: 37/hr. - 50/hr. commensurate with experience
Schedule: Flexible hybrid schedule
What will you do:
- Oversee and track key initiatives from concept through completion, ensuring accountability, timelines, and outcomes are met.
- Conduct research to support advocacy efforts, partnership development, and strategic planning. Summarize findings and prepare recommendations.
- Partner with the CEO on planning, communications, and follow-up to ensure smooth execution of priorities.
- Create high-quality presentations and materials for board meetings, community partnerships, and advocacy efforts.
- Collaborate with department leaders to align on priorities, share updates, and monitor progress.
- Support engagement with healthcare partners, referral sources, and community organizations.
- Handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.

Education:
- Bachelor’s degree required
Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years experience of Executive level support
- Knowledge of community health.
