Job Title: IT Project Manager
Location: Taipei, Taiwan

JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a highly skilled IT Project Manager to oversee and manage our IT projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and finalizing projects within scope and timeline. This role involves coordinating with cross-functional teams, managing resources, and ensuring project objectives are met. The IT Project Manager will also identify and mitigate risks, provide regular updates to stakeholders in US, and ensure adherence to industry best practices. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills are essential for success in this role.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Act as a bridge between business partners (including Operations, Finance, and Customer Service) and the MIS and Data Science teams by translating business needs into technical requirements.
  • Conduct technical research on finding the ideal solution for assigned projects.
  • Write and manage detailed project documentation with all the requirements and new process designs and update these with changes during implementation.
  • Coordinate with the technical team and Data Science team for project implementation, process maintenance, and testing.
  • Identify potential project risks, develop mitigation strategies, and implement solutions to minimize impact on project timelines and outcomes.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 3-5 years of experience with ERP and data systems.
  • A strong background in business and finance, with a good understanding of operational processes; experience with process automation and optimization is ideal (e.g. n8n and AI platforms).
  • Advanced project management skills.
  • Familiarity with data analysis and report generation for logistics and finance.
  • IT experience with MIS systems is a big plus; experience with AWS (Amazon Web Services) cloud platform management is also a significant advantage.
  • Familiarity with automation and AI tools is a plus.
  • Language abilities: Fluent in English (listening, speaking, reading, and writing)
