Job Title: Sr. MIS Engineer
Location: Taiwan, Taipei
JOB SUMMARY
We are seeking a proactive Sr. MIS Engineer to manage IT helpdesk services and information security tasks. In this role, you will:
* Collaborate with and manage 1st line IT support vendors.
* Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network-related issues.
* Assist in implementing and monitoring IT security measures across our organization.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage 1st line IT support vendors to ensure quality and timely support.
- Provide IT helpdesk support: troubleshooting, training, and performance tuning for end users.
- Act as a backup Information Security Officer, assisting in security risk assessments and incident handling.
- Oversee IT asset control: inventory management, documentation, and license tracking.
- Maintain IT technical documents & manage network facilities
- Support application teams with software license management.
- Collaborate with global teams and provide occasional flexibility for US time zone support (case-by-case basis).
- Assist with the installation, configuration, and maintenance of IT systems and tools.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Minimum 4 years of IT experience in IT network management or client device troubleshooting, or related role.
- Strong English communication skills (listening, speaking, reading, and writing).
- Experience with tools like Google Workspace, Microsoft O365, Active Directory (MS AD or Entra tenant).
- Bachelor’s degree
- Ability to work under pressure, demonstrate flexibility, and value teamwork.
