Job Title: Sales Manager, Amazon

JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking an experienced, strategic and resourceful account lead for the Amazon business; a sales leader with proven success at a reputable brand.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop and maintain relationships across Amazon US key decision makers and stakeholders in support of present and future growth strategy
  • Work together with NZXT cross functional departments - Product Development, Operations, Demand Planning, Data Analytics, Creative, and Finance to align and partner on growing, driving and managing the Amazon US business
  • Develop and manage Amazon sales forecast and replenishment POs (in collaboration with NZXT Demand Planning)
  • Coordinate with NZXT Sales Support to manage product setup and with NZXT Marketing and Creative to optimize merchandising on product pages, brand store, gift guides
  • Partner with NZXT Marketing Team to align on Consumer Marketing Campaigns and activities to enable and support overall business goals
  • Competitive Positioning/Strategy - understand NZXT and competitors’ standing at Amazon US within each Product Category to plan and develop strategies and counter strategies that will keep NZXT competitive
  • Collaborate with the performance marketing team on designing marketing campaigns and a media mix to maximize ROAS
  • Understand, recommend, develop strategies to effectively negotiate customer contractual reviews
  • Manage relationships, drive business growth of any additionally assigned channel partners competing in Ecom
  • Regularly presenting to US Sales Team, global teams, and exec team on business results - sales success, challenges, new strategies, etc

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 5+ years’ experience executing growth strategies for a reputable brand selling on Amazon
  • Directly managed the Amazon 1P partnership (min of 5 years)
  • Experience with other Amazon channels - 3P (FBA, FBM), Direct Fulfillment
  • Directly managed both Amazon local ordering and Direct Import orders
  • Expert in content and paid marketing (A+ Contents, Brand store, Sponsored ads, Search, DSP, etc.)
  • Ability to take ownership of the overall business plan and results
  • Excellent communication skills, teamwork attitude, ability to work flexible hours and meet deadlines
  • Ready and willing to travel as required
  • Analytical: Margin analysis, sales forecasting, inventory planning (Excel)
  • Presentation: Internal sales updates, customer facing presentations (PPT)
  • Language proficiency: English (fluent)
  • Experience with consumer electronics or PC components would be beneficial

COMPENSATION
Compensation decisions are dependent on several factors including, but not limited to, an individual’s qualifications, internal equity and alignment with market data. We offer a wide range of benefits including health/dental/vision, retirement and paid time off. All employees at NZXT receive equity as part of their compensation package.

USA Pay Range

$95,000 - $115,000 USD
