About o1labs

o1Labs is the team that incubated, launched, and contributed to the Mina Protocol, a Layer 1 blockchain that compresses data from hundreds of gigabytes to the size of a few tweets. This allows it to scale to millions of users while remaining decentralized enough for cell phones to operate as fully verifying nodes. By harnessing the power of Mina and zero-knowledge technology, we aim to lead the development of a privacy-centered Web 3.0. In late 2024, we announced [Project Untitled], an L1 solution designed to address application state management issues within Web3. [Project Untitled] is a placeholder name and branding. We are working with an agency to give it an identity.

At o1Labs, our vision is to catalyze a new generation of applications powered by zero-knowledge cryptography. To learn more about o1Labs, please visit www.o1labs.org.
