Salary Range: $144,000 - $159,000

Position: Associate Electrical Engineer

 

Salary Range: $105,000 - $112,000

Location: Onsite (Los Angeles, CA)    

Type: Full-Time                

 

Position: Project Manager II

Salary Range: $144,000 - $159,000

Location: Onsite (Los Angeles, CA)

Public Works, Project Management Division II, is seeking experienced Project Managers (Level II) to assist in managing capital projects.  

Candidates are required to have at least 10 years (PM II) of experience in managing projects through programming, design, permitting, construction, and close-out. 

Candidates are required to possess the following:

  1. Minimum 10 years (PM II) of project management experience.
  2. Licensed professional or Certified Construction Manager (CCM)
  3. Education background in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
  4. Effective oral and written communication skills.
  5. Ability to independently manage all aspects of a project.
  6. Ability to develop and control project scope.
  7. Ability to develop and review project schedules.
  8. Skilled in reviewing and coordinating the preparation of construction documents.
  9. Ability to effectively facilitate project team and client meetings.
  10. Ability to effectively negotiate and prepare change orders.
  11. Ability to effectively monitor and coordinate construction activities with the various project stakeholders.
  12. Ability to adapt and respond effectively to project issues and challenges.
  13. Ability to set and manage project expectations.
