About the Role
You will drive sales, repayment, and impact goals in the Zone by executing regional strategies and ensuring compliance with operational policies. Responsibilities include overseeing multi-channel sales performance, managing inventory and expiry seed processes, coordinating Production Centers, and maintaining financial and operational controls. Additionally, you will train and lead teams while using data insights to optimize performance and achieve Tupande targets.. You will report directly to the Area Coordinator. This role is based in Kapsowar and is fully onsite.
Responsibilities
- Achieve sales, repayment, and impact targets for your zone.
- Manage multiple channel performance through the Tupande program cycle simultaneously, working with cross-functional teams and serve as the primary contact for all zonal performance.
- Manage and support and training to Duka Assistants and Tupande Agents to achieve zone performance targets.
- Support inventory ordering processes for the Duka and ensure we have adequate inventory to meet different sales cycles.
- Oversee the management of the production centers in the zone.
- Ensure that we have a control environment at the Duka includes but not limited to payment controls, inventory controls, and expiry seed management.
- Build your teams through hiring, training, and performance management
- Assist customers in understanding their needs, articulate key differentiators and typical customer buying journeys, and generally display a passion for our program.
- Support your team to create sales opportunities for customers

Qualifications
Across all roles, these are the general qualifications we look for. For this role specifically, you will have:
- Diploma in related field.
- 3+ years of experience in a sales, partner or channel manager role.
- Demonstrated ability to work towards strategic goals.
- Effective strategic and analytical thinking skills.
