About the Role
We are looking for an Administrative Supervisor to join our Nyanza Regional Headquarters (RHQ) in Kisumu. This is a fully on-site role where you will lead the daily running of the office and support other operational areas in the region. You will ensure a safe, efficient, and welcoming work environment for all staff, vendors and visitors.
You will lead the Kisumu facility services team and provide high-quality administrative support while driving efficiency, sustainability, and continuous improvement in our operations. Your leadership will help deliver cost-effective services that positively impact staff productivity and create an excellent workplace experience.
This role is based in Kisumu and is fully onsite.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of the Kisumu Regional Headquarters and regional offices.
- Support the facility services team in delivering high-quality administrative services.
- Ensure a safe, well-maintained, and welcoming environment for staff and visitors.
- Implement strategies that promote cost-efficiency, and sustainability.
- Improve initiatives throughout facility operations.
- Coordinate with our teams and external partners to support smooth business operations.

Qualifications
Across all roles, these are the general qualifications we look for. For this role specifically, you will have:
- Experience in Facilities Management: 1 years managing office facilities, with experience delivering high-quality service standards, knowledge of administrative best practices.
- Leadership and Team Management: At least 1 years of experience leading teams and managing external partners, with the ability to foster a performance-driven and service-oriented team culture.
- Event Coordination Expertise: Hands-on experience implementing events, including logistics management, vendor coordination, space setup, and support services.
- Facilities Operations Knowledge: Understanding of cleaning, maintenance, asset management, consumables control, and visitor access protocols.
- Digital Proficiency: Skills in Google Workspace and other digital tools for tracking budgets, inventory, schedules, and team performance.
- Health, Safety & Security: Working knowledge of occupational health, safety, and security standards, with the ability to implement and monitor compliance in an office environment.
