About the Role
Work with client facing teams to understand their challenges and goals and execute strategies to maximize the effectiveness of our retail footprint. As part of the sales team in this rapidly growing business, you will play a key role in understanding the needs of our customers and help shape the future of businesses across all channels and use technology to connect with customers. You will develop an execution strategy for your assigned market and work both individually, and with your Sales team and to prospect, qualify, develop, and close new customer opportunities. As an Area Coordinator, you will be responsible for leading a sales team, developing sales strategies, and driving revenue growth in your assigned area. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales management, excellent leadership and communication skills, and a passion for achieving goals and exceeding expectations.
Responsibilities
- Work with your manager to maximize business results in your territory.
- Recruit, train, and manage a sales team in your assigned area.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales, repayment and impact goals
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities for growth and expansion
- Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and adjust sales strategies accordingly
- Collaborate with marketing and other departments to develop promotions and campaigns to drive sales
- Provide leadership and coaching to sales representatives to ensure they are meeting performance targets
- Build and maintain relationships with key customers and stakeholders in your assigned area
- Participate in target setting, sales forecasting and budgeting processes
- Continuously develop knowledge of the industry and stay up to date on market trends and competitor activity
- Ensure compliance with organization policies and procedures

Qualifications
Across all roles, these are the general qualifications we look for. For this role specifically, you will have:
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field preferred
- Proven experience in sales management, preferably in a related industry
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to motivate and coach a team to achieve sales targets
- Results-driven with a passion for achieving goals and exceeding expectations
- Proficiency in Google Office Suite and Sales software
- Ability to travel frequently within assigned area
