About the Role
To ensure that orders are processed accurately and on time while maintaining strict compliance with organizational policies, legal requirements, and quality standards. This role links order management, documentation, and regulatory adherence across the supply and value chain.
Responsibilities
Order Management: Receive, review, and orders accurately into the system.
- Track orders from placement to delivery, ensuring timely fulfilment.
- Communicate order status updates to stakeholders.
Compliance & Documentation:
- Ensure all orders comply with company policies, contracts, and regulatory requirements (e.g., export/import rules, licensing, tax regulations).
- Prepare, verify, and maintain accurate records (invoices, packing lists, customs papers, quality certifications).
- Conduct routine audits of order and shipment files to ensure data integrity and compliance.
- Coordinate with quality assurance and legal teams to manage non-compliance issues.
Coordination & Reporting:
- Liaise with stakeholders to ensure smooth order flow.
- Track KPIs related to order accuracy, timeliness, and compliance.
- Generate regular reports on order performance and compliance metrics.
- Recommend process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce errors.
Risk Management:
- Identify and escalate risks related to order fulfilment or regulatory breaches.
- Support internal and external audits with required documentation.
