Oasis HVAC is looking for a Hybrid Dispatcher / CSR to help support our growing service department. This role combines customer service, scheduling, and dispatch responsibilities in a fast-paced home service environment.

This position offers a hybrid schedule:
• Thursday & Friday – In Office
• Saturday, Sunday & Monday – Fully Remote

We are looking for someone dependable, organized, and comfortable handling customer calls while coordinating technicians efficiently.

What You’ll Do
• Answer inbound customer calls professionally and efficiently
• Schedule service appointments and manage dispatching
• Coordinate technician routes and communicate schedule updates
• Assist customers with questions and appointment needs
• Maintain accurate notes and job information in the system
• Help manage weekend and after-hours scheduling needs

What We’re Looking For
• Previous dispatching and/or CSR experience preferred
• Strong communication and multitasking skills
• Ability to stay calm in a fast-paced environment
• Reliable home office setup with stable internet for remote shifts
• Strong customer service mindset
• Experience with ServiceTitan or similar software is a plus
