Join a Growing Home Services Leader

Oasis Plumbing, Heating & Cooling is seeking an experienced Senior Accountant to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for an accounting professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and wants to play a key role in supporting a rapidly expanding residential home services business.

The ideal candidate will have strong experience in full-cycle accounting, a background in the trades or home services industry, and hands-on experience with ServiceTitan and Sage Intacct. This individual will partner closely with leadership to ensure financial accuracy, drive process improvements, and support strategic business decisions.

What You'll Do:

• Manage full-cycle accounting activities including month-end and year-end close

• Prepare and review journal entries, account reconciliations, and financial statements

• Maintain general ledger accuracy and ensure compliance with accounting standards

• Analyze financial results and provide insights to leadership

• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management

• Reconcile bank accounts, credit cards, and intercompany transactions

• Support accounts payable and accounts receivable functions as needed

• Ensure accurate revenue recognition and job costing

• Partner with operational leaders to improve financial performance

• Assist with audits, tax preparation, and compliance reporting

• Identify opportunities to improve accounting processes and internal controls

• Run Payroll 

Qualifications:

Required-

• 3+ years of accounting experience

• 3+ years of full-cycle accounting experience

• Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting

• Experience preparing monthly financial statements

• Advanced Excel skills

• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field

Preferred-

• Experience in HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical, Construction, or Home Services industries (preferred) 

• Experience with Sage Intacct

• Experience with Service Titan (preferred)

• CPA or CPA-track is a plus
