We're looking for an experienced Residential HVAC Service Technician who not only knows how to diagnose and repair HVAC systems but can also communicate effectively with homeowners and provide solutions that meet their needs.

What You'll Do

  • Diagnose, service, repair, and maintain residential HVAC systems
  • Educate homeowners on system conditions and recommended solutions
  • Present repair and replacement options with confidence and professionalism
  • Deliver an outstanding customer experience on every call
  • Perform thorough inspections and identify opportunities to improve comfort, efficiency, and safety
  • Maintain accurate service records and documentation
  • Work closely with dispatch and management to ensure customer satisfaction

What We're Looking For

  • Minimum of 2 years of residential HVAC service experience
  • Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
  • Excellent communication and customer service abilities
  • Comfortable discussing repair and replacement options with homeowners
  • Positive attitude, professional appearance, and team-first mentality
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
  • EPA Certification preferred
