Salary Range: $60,000 - $70,000 a year

About the opportunity : This is an opportunity to join a growing startup backed by Tier One VCs and support the CEO and CPO by providing high-level administrative support to our NY office, managing schedules, travels, and special projects. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, discretion, and the ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
The position is based in New York City and operates on an office-based work.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administrative Support:
- Efficiently manage and maintain the CEO’s calendar, ensuring all appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements are well-organized
- Organize and manage domestic and international travel arrangements for the CEO, including booking flights, hotels, and transportation
- Providing help with personal arrangements
- Handle sensitive and confidential information with the utmost discretion
- Communication:
- Act as the primary point of contact between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders, managing relationships with professionalism
- Maintain and nurture relationships with clients, partners, and key stakeholders on behalf of the CEO, ensuring clear and effective communication
- Ensure timely follow-up on issues, coordinating communications to keep all parties informed
- Office Management:
- Oversee our small NYC office operations
- Maintain office supplies and equipment, and liaise with vendors as needed
- Building Upkeep: Maintaining ongoing communication with the super, cleaning service, and building management.
- Assistance with various administrative tasks
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field preferred
- Experience: Minimum of one year of experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or similar role supporting senior executives
- Skills:
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- High level of discretion and confidentiality
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in Hebrew is an advantage
