Job Description: We are looking for a Senior Application Developer to focus on improving and expanding our applications and integrated systems. This role involves identifying opportunities for new features, system optimizations, and ensuring that customer needs are met with high-quality solutions. The ideal candidate will have experience working with modern technologies and will be responsible for collaborating with various teams to drive enhancements.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain application connection processes to enhance system integration and user experience.
  • Work closely with the customer and technology leadership team to prioritize and manage application/ system enhancements and maintenance requests based on business needs.
  • Implement and test new features and functionality to improve applications and integrated services.
  • Collaborate with other technology teams to integrate enhancements into production systems smoothly.
  • Continuously monitor industry trends and evaluate how enhancements can improve system performance, scalability, and user satisfaction.
  • Ensure the proper documentation of all enhancements in Azure DevOps to track progress and maintain clarity.
  • Provide technical support and training to users as new enhancements are deployed.
  • Review and manage backlog items in Azure DevOps to ensure timely resolution of issues.
  • Write, test, and update code in GitHub to improve system functionality and address reported issues.
  • Resolve and manage support help desk tickets.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to address issues that impact the system performance and user experience.
  • Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve application errors and performance issues.
  • Proactively monitor and maintain systems to ensure high availability and reliability.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 5+ years of experience in software development and application enhancement.
  • Proficiency in C#, TypeScript, Angular Scripting, .NET Core, DevOps, GitHub, and Azure Cloud Services.
  • Experience with Laserfiche Integration and other enterprise-level applications.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to prioritize enhancements based on customer needs.
  • Excellent communication skills for working with cross-functional teams and providing support for users.

Skills:

  • A documented history of successful experience in enterprise IT organizations.
  • An articulated understanding of unique characteristics of IT services.
  • The ability to provide continuity of service throughout the duration of engagements.
  • Ability to excel in an interdisciplinary and multi-vendor environment(s).
  • Demonstrated excellence in written and verbal communication skills.
  • Demonstrated technical understanding of the requirements of specific engagements.
