Job Description – Program/Project Manager (Airworthiness Program). The candidate provides direction to the team to perform the identified tasks efficiently, accurately, on time, and in compliance with FAA requirements. The program manager works collaboratively and participates as a member of a Government-led team to ensure airworthiness of Flight Inspection Standards (FIS) aircraft (e.g. Beech Aircraft 300s, C90 GTi, Challenger 604s and 605s, and Learjet model 60 aircraft).
Job Responsibilities:
- Maintain knowledge of FAA quality assurance objectives/goals.
- Collaborate with FAA Maintenance Supervisor to ensure avionics requirements are being met.
- Establish work goals/objectives and allocate resources to complete workload.
- Identify and implement timelines for completing all work assignments.
- Resolve quality assurance deficiencies and/or unacceptable work into compliance with Maintenance Program policies, regulations and procedures.
Qualifications:
- Must have high-school diploma or above with technical training aligned with position requirements.
- Minimum 5 years of experience as an A&P Mechanic with FAA certified part 121, 135 and/or 145 repair stations.
- Minimum 3 years of supervisory experience with FAA certified part 121, 135 and/or 145 repair stations.
- Must have an mechanic certificate with an A&P rating to perform work on Beech Aircraft 300s, C90 GTi, Challenger 604s and 605s, and Learjet model 60 aircraft. IAW Title 14, Federal Aviation Regulations, Part 65, Subpart D.
- Must possess skills in analyzing and interpreting engineering drawings, technical manuals, and technical data associated with the aircraft.
- Must have skills in identifying and analyzing complex technical and requirement problems and developing innovative solutions.
- Must be able to plan, organize, and reprioritize work when facing changing deadlines and must be able to effectively write and author reports based on assessments and evaluations.

- Must be able to pass drug testing.
- Work will be performed at the FAA Mike Monroney Aeronautical Center in Oklahoma City.
