About the Position
Reporting to the COO, you will be responsible for continuously measuring, analyzing, and improving Obligo’s go-to-market apparatus. As a trusted consultant to our sales department head, you will be required to develop a deep understanding of the sales department’s processes and goals, so you may advise him on ways to further improve and streamline operations. As a hands-on individual contributor, you will personally bring operational improvements to life by customizing our CRM, defining rules and automations, and producing actionable KPIs and dashboards. The ideal candidate is passionate about data and likes to get their hands dirty, but is also a great communicator and collaborator.
Responsibilities
- Own and administrate all Go-To-Market related SAAS tools, including Hubspot, Aircall, Salesloft, 6sense and more
- Customize objects, views and automations on Hubspot
- Create and manage dashboards on Hubspot, Tableau and Sigma
- Operate Obligo’s sales incentive plans
- Translate real world business problems to CRM objects, processes, metrics and goals
- Track key KPIs and Data Points throughout Obligo’s sales funnel
- Manage and distribute qualified leads to sales representatives on a weekly basis
- Define and measure goals on on the individual rep level
- Partner with sales leadership to create departmental goals and headcount plans
Requirements
- Highly experienced in CRM customization (Hubspot preferred)
- Highly experienced in building reports and dashboards using data visualization tools (Tableau or Sigma preferred)
- Highly experienced in data manipulation using either Excel or Google Sheets
- Highly skilled in defining meaningful KPIs and communicating them to peers
- 2+ years of hands-on experience working extensively with the tools and processes mentioned above

Salary range: $90-110K + bonus + equity
