About the Position

Obligo is looking for a driven, curious and fun Content & Partner Marketing Manager to join our team and help us fulfill our mission of ridding renters and properties from the burden of security deposits and establish a new standard of trust in renting.

Reporting to the VP of Marketing, this role will be responsible for developing and executing on go-to-market (GTM) sales and customer success enablement tools and creating high-impact content for our growing ecosystem of property management software partnerships. The role is critical in ensuring our partnerships drive pipeline growth, enhance brand awareness, and create value for renters and properties.

The ideal candidate will bring exceptional communication, writing and content creation skills, sharp attention to detail, project management and operational chops, and a talent for translating technical product details into benefits for our end users. Most importantly, the candidate must contribute to Obligo’s internal culture of trust, transparency, excellence and teamwork.

What You’ll Do:

  • Create High-Impact Content & Sales Enablement Materials – As an AI-first content marketer, you’ll develop key messaging, internal training resources, FAQs, sales collateral, decks, videos, blogs, case studies, and more to support GTM initiatives 
  • Develop & Execute on GTM Enablement Tools – Own end-to-end marketing and customer enablement content for new and existing software partnerships, ensuring successful launches and ongoing engagement
  • Lead Co-Marketing Initiatives – Collaborate with software partners and internal teams on co-marketing efforts, including customer user groups, webinars, case studies, dedicated landing pages, and other promotional activities.
  • Provide Graphic Design Direction to agency resources to support marketing content creation
  • Collaborate Closely with Product, Product Marketing & Business Development – Align on messaging, in-product copy, customer onboarding, training programs, and voice-of-customer (VOC) content, including case studies and market research.
  • Support Sales & Revenue Growth – Enable sales teams with the right tools and narratives and execute on campaigns and automated workflows to drive adoption and engagement 
  • Measure & Optimize Performance – Track and analyze content and campaign effectiveness, partner impact on sales pipeline, and continuously refine strategies to maximize ROI.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • 3-6 years of experience in content or product marketing
  • Exceptional content creation skills with a talent for storytelling and clear communication
  • Experience managing external vendors and AI solution providers
  • Strong understanding of GTM strategies, sales enablement, and demand generation
  • Excellent project management skills and experience working cross-functionally with GTM teams, product, and external partners (you’ll be working daily with cross-Atlantic team members)
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to measure success and optimize efforts
  • Comfortable in a fast-moving environment, managing multiple priorities simultaneously
  • Experience with our core marketing tech stack: Hubspot, Webflow, Figma, Sigma (or equivalent)
  • A start-up mentality - you’re ready to make things happen!
  • Industry experience in proptech or fintech is a plus

Salary range: $100,000 to $140,000 plus bonus and equity
