NYC Office

Enterprise Account Executive – Multifamily

About the Position

Obligo is looking for an experienced Enterprise Account Executive to drive relationships with large multifamily owners, operators, and property management companies.

We are particularly interested in candidates who have built their careers within the multifamily property management technology ecosystem, including experience at companies such as Yardi, RealPage, Entrata, AppFolio, MRI Software, or similar property management software and PropTech companies.

The ideal candidate already understands how large multifamily organizations buy technology, knows the key stakeholders and decision-makers within these organizations, and brings a strong network and track record of successfully selling enterprise solutions into the industry.

Obligo is headquartered in New York City, and this role is open to remote candidates. Travel is expected as part of the position.

Responsibilities

  • Drive new enterprise revenue by selling Obligo’s suite of products to large multifamily owners, operators, and property management companies
  • Own the full enterprise sales cycle, from strategic prospecting and qualification through executive presentations, negotiation, contracting, and close
  • Build and execute account strategies for major multifamily owners, operators, and property managers
  • Leverage existing industry relationships and develop new relationships with senior decision-makers across the multifamily ecosystem
  • Build trusted relationships with stakeholders across operations, finance, technology, asset management, legal, and executive leadership
  • Navigate complex enterprise buying processes involving multiple stakeholders, integrations, procurement requirements, and organizational priorities
  • Develop a deep understanding of prospects’ business challenges and position Obligo around measurable operational and financial value
  • Maintain a strong pipeline through strategic outbound prospecting, existing industry relationships, referrals, conferences, partnerships, and inbound opportunities
  • Maintain disciplined pipeline management and deliver accurate revenue forecasts
  • Partner closely with Marketing, Customer Success, Product, Partnerships, and other internal teams throughout the sales process
  • Represent Obligo at major multifamily conferences, industry events, webinars, and customer meetings
  • Bring customer and market intelligence back to the organization to help shape product and go-to-market strategy
  • Identify opportunities to expand Obligo across customers' portfolios after initial adoption

Skills and Qualifications

  • 10+ years of quota-carrying B2B sales experience within multifamily technology, PropTech, or property management software
  • Experience working at or selling solutions comparable to Yardi, RealPage, Entrata, AppFolio, MRI Software, or other established multifamily technology providers is strongly preferred
  • Deep knowledge of the multifamily real estate industry and how large owners, operators, and property management companies evaluate and purchase technology
  • Existing relationships and a strong professional network within the multifamily industry are highly valued
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding enterprise sales quotas
  • Experience selling into large multifamily organizations and managing complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles
  • Demonstrated ability to develop relationships with VP, C-suite, and other executive-level decision-makers
  • Strong understanding of property management technology, workflows, integrations, and the broader multifamily technology ecosystem
  • Excellent prospecting, discovery, presentation, negotiation, and closing skills
  • Ability to build a territory and strategic account plan rather than relying primarily on inbound opportunities
  • Strong pipeline management and forecasting discipline
  • Experience with FinTech, payments, resident financial products, SaaS, or adjacent solutions is a plus
  • Willingness to travel regularly for customer meetings, conferences, and industry events

Benefits and Perks

  • Competitive compensation: Base salary of $130,000–$170,000, with on-target earnings (OTE) of $260,000–$340,000.
Compensation may vary based on location, experience, qualifications, and role level.
  • Stock options
  • 401(k) with employer match
  • Multiple health, dental, and vision plans starting day one
  • Flexible work arrangements, including remote opportunities and a hybrid schedule for NYC-based employees
  • Remote office expense reimbursement
  • Lunch provided on in-office days, with the flexibility to order what you like
  • Generous PTO and holiday schedule
  • Commuter benefits
  • Life insurance
  • Paid parental leave
  • Quarterly team kickoffs, team events, and activities in and out of the office
  • Amazing offices in NYC and Tel Aviv
  • A chance to work with incredibly bright, creative, talented, and passionate teammates
