  • A dedicated and experienced veterinarian who is passionate about high-quality patient care and providing calm and enjoyable vet visits for patients 
  • A team player who enjoys collaboration and mentoring other team members, while being open to feedback themselves 
  • An individual committed to ongoing professional development and staying current with veterinary advancements 
     

RESPONSIBILITIES: 

  • Provide routine wellness exams and diagnosis 
  • Perform medical procedures such as vaccinations, dental procedures, soft tissue, orthopedic surgery, and necessary diagnostics 
  • Administer and accurately monitor controlled substances 
  • Maintain and complete patient records 
  • Serve as mentor to technical support staff 
  • Build and establish rapport with the client base, demonstrating exceptional customer service and communication 

QUALIFICATIONS:  

  • Graduate of an AVMA accredited Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) program 
  • Licensure in the state of Michigan or eligibility to obtain licensure prior to start 
  • Strong proficiency in medical knowledge and surgical skills 
  • Exemplary professionalism and communication skills with both team members and clients 
  • Strong decision-making and time-management skills 
  • Commitment to ongoing professional development and growth
