Our Opportunity…
We are looking for a detail-oriented, flexible, and collaborative Co-Op to join our Quality Control Team in the Technical Operations Department. You will assist with Quality Control projects related to our clinical stage cell therapy (TIL) manufacturing activities. You will contribute to maintaining trending spreadsheets, data verification, and over all tracking of QC data and documents. You will be part of a highly collaborative team committed to transforming innovative science into meaningful medical breakthroughs for patients, beginning with our lead autologous tumor‑infiltrating lymphocyte (TIL) therapy program treating cancer (currently metastatic melanoma and non-small cell lung cancer)
This opportunity is open to undergraduate students (prior co-op experience preferred) majoring in Biology, Chemistry, Engineering, or related majors. This is a hybrid role; on-site time will be in our Cambridge, MA and Bedford, MA locations as needed.
You Will…
- Assist with tracking cell therapy, viral vectors, and ancillary materials for quality control data including data entry into spreadsheets.
- Track documents, incoming data, and relevant QC timelines.
- Conduct data verification of reports and various QC Tracking sheets and documents.
- Learn about Cell Therapy manufacturing and QC testing methods.
- Learn how to effectively use tracking spreadsheets.
- Communicate results in team meetings.
- Navigate a fast-paced clinical stage biotech environment.
- Make intellectual and technical contributions to projects while working on a collaborative team.
You Bring…
Core Qualifications

- Enrolled in an Undergraduate (Bachelor’s) degree program in Biology, Chemistry, Engineering, or related major.
- Experience using Excel spreadsheets.
- An interest in learning about Quality Control in cell therapy manufacturing.
- High level of motivation and ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
- Adaptability, scientific curiosity, and desire to learn new skills.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Meticulous attention to detail as applied to record-keeping.
Salary will be commensurate with experience and qualifications; candidates with relevant prior co‑op experience and/or critical skills may receive a higher hourly rate.

The anticipated base salary range for this role is below. The actual base salary offered will be determined based on a combination of factors, including applicable qualifications, level of education, the depth of experience, unique skills, geographic location, internal equity, and/or business needs. The actual base salary offered will be in accordance with federal, state, and/or local wage requirements for the role’s location.
Our competitive compensation package includes an annual incentive bonus as a percentage of actual base salary and long-term incentives in the form of employee stock options, both of which are commensurate with the role’s level. Anticipated Base Salary Range
$22 - $33 USD
