Our Opportunity...
We are looking for a highly motivated, scientifically curious, flexible, and collaborative Supply Chain Analyst, Materials Planning and Logistics Co-Op to join our supply chain team in our Bedford Office. You will assist with raw material planning activities in alignment with our outsourced manufacturing plans and coordinate the logistics of raw materials and samples with internal and external partners.
As a member of our Supply Chain department, you will be a vital part of a highly collaborative group working to unlock the promise of precision cell therapy for patients, starting with our lead program amsoki-cel (OBX-115), a novel engineered tumor-infiltrating lymphocyte (TIL) cell therapy that uses our proprietary cytoDRiVE® platform. This is a unique opportunity to be a valuable contributor in a well-funded clinical company with field-leading advisors, best-in-class partners, and an experienced team.
This is a Hybrid role based out of our Bedford, MA location..
Work Outcomes...
- Execute and monitor GMP shipment activities to ensure compliant and on-time delivery of critical materials.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives through process optimization, planning tool enhancement, and documentation management.
Learning Outcomes...
- Gain hands-on exposure to FDA regulated Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) supply chain processes, working with logistics providers, Contract Development and Manufacturing Organizations (CDMOs), and clinical sites to support material movement and documentation.
- Learn about cold chain logistics in a regulated environment including working with 3rd party logistics providers and shipping and receiving sites to ensure material is transported and handled according to stringent specifications.
- Become familiar with standard Material Requirements Planning Process (MRP) including the development of tools for managing inventory visibility, planned production, Bill of Materials (BOM) and master data management.
- Gain exposure to quality systems and quality practices in a regulated environment.
- Develop organizational, data management skills and shipment coordination.
- Gain a strong foundation in biotech supply chain management, building skills in GMP operations, logistics, planning, and cross-functional communication.
You Will...
Core responsibilities
- Support GMP Shipment Coordination of critical materials by coordinating with logistics providers, CDMOs, clinical sites, 3rd party storage depots, and internal/external partners to ensure on-time delivery.
- Track shipments, maintain Chain of Custody and temperature monitoring, process deviations, in relation to GMP shipments.
- Assist with building and improving planning tools and processes as the organization matures, bring curiosity and an open mind to help design and implement process improvements.
- Support the team by updating existing guidance documents, process maps, formatting documents, and ensuring information is clearly documented.
You Bring...
Core Qualifications
- Active enrollment in an Undergraduate (Bachelor’s) or Graduate (Master’s) degree program in Supply Chain, Business, Operations, Logistics, Engineering, Life Sciences, or a related field.
- A basic understanding of supply chain concepts, including inventory management, material tracking, and logistics coordination.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Ability and willingness to learn GMP documentation practices, including SOPs, controlled documents, and change control processes.
- Strong organizational skills with a high level of attention to detail and data accuracy.
- Effective communication skills and the ability to collaborate across cross‑functional and external stakeholders.
- Self-motivated, with a proven ability to meet objectives, timelines, and high standards managing multiple responsibilities in parallel.
- Flexible - adapts to change in a fast paced, rapidly developing environment
- Curious and humble – seeks and welcomes input/expertise of others, continuous learner
- Tenacious and resilient – is not easily overwhelmed by challenges, delivers on commitments, operates with urgency.
Bonus Qualifications:
- Academic, project-based, co‑op, or internship experience in supply planning or manufacturing/operations (biotech or pharmaceutical experience preferred).
*Salary will be commensurate with experience and qualifications; candidates with relevant prior co‑op experience and/or critical skills may receive a higher hourly rate.
