Position Summary:
As a Partnerships Intern, you will work with the Partnerships team across the New York and Singapore offices to support the establishment and continuation of relationships with potential partners. You will largely be working within our development infrastructure on processes including CRM, donor research and event coordination. You will have the opportunity to interact directly with OX external partners as well as leadership across the OceanX and Dalio Family Office. As an intern at OceanX Singapore, you will contribute to our mission by helping your pillar complete key projects and tasks. You will lead independent projects with the support of your team, in addition to shadowing and contributing to higher level initiatives that have a significant impact, while growing and gaining professional exposure.
This program will run from June through August and involves working approximately 40 hours per week. This opportunity operates in a hybrid work schedule in our Singapore office to allow for in-person meetings/collaboration. This role will require availability to overlap across time zones between our NY and Singapore offices.

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Support the development of proposals and presentations to current and prospective funders
- Maintain CRM records for current and prospective donors
- Maintain donor research for prospective and current funders
- Support event coordination as needed
- Support the coordination of processes and procedures for the partnerships pillar
Qualifications:
Professional Experience:
- Actively pursuing an undergraduate degree in Business, Marketing or related fields.
- Experience in and/or willingness to learn project management and donor prospecting tools
- Project management capabilities and spearheading / driving projects through to completion
- Excellent written and oral presentation and communication skills
- Proven track record in taking initiative and be able to multi-task, interface with various members of the team and conduct him/herself with the utmost professional manner when working with internal and external colleagues
