Job Summary:

The Senior Talent Acquisition Associate will support the Ocrolus Talent Acquisition team in executing recruitment strategies, focusing on the coordination of bulk hiring drives and sourcing candidates for both technical and non-technical roles. The ideal candidate will be committed to building high-quality talent pipelines, co-ordinating high-volume recruitment drives, excellent organizational skills, and a strong ability to engage with candidates across various channels.

 

What you'll do:

Sourcing and Recruitment:

  • Actively source and engage candidates for both technical and non-technical roles using advanced search methods, AI-driven sourcing tools, job boards, and professional networks.
  • Screen resumes, conduct initial candidate assessments, and manage candidate pipelines.
  • Assist in developing job descriptions and posting job advertisements across multiple channels.

Candidate Management:

  • Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process, providing timely updates and ensuring a positive candidate experience.
  • Manage the applicant tracking system (ATS) to ensure accurate and up-to-date candidate records.
  • Coordinate pre-employment activities, including background checks, reference checks, and offer letters.

Stakeholder Collaboration:

  • Work closely with hiring managers, HR teams, and other stakeholders to understand hiring needs and align recruitment strategies accordingly.
  • Provide regular updates and reports on recruitment activities, progress, and challenges to the Talent Acquisition Manager.

Process Improvement:

  • Identify opportunities to streamline and improve the recruitment process.
  • Leverage AI and automation tools to streamline sourcing, screening, and scheduling.
  • Stay updated on industry best practices and trends in talent acquisition to contribute to the continuous improvement of recruitment strategies.

Administrative Support:

  • Assist with the preparation of recruitment materials, including job descriptions, interview guides, and candidate presentations.
  • Handle candidate inquiries and provide support in scheduling interviews, coordinating travel arrangements, and managing other recruitment logistics.

 

What you'll bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in recruitment, with a focus on bulk hiring and/or sourcing for tech and non-tech roles.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
