We’re looking for a Senior/Lead QA Analyst to own our QA strategy, scale automation, and ensure that our products consistently meet the highest standards of quality.

Role Overview

As a Senior / Lead QA Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the quality, reliability, and security of our decentralized applications. You’ll define and execute our QA strategy across Web3 systems, from smart contracts integrations to front-end dApps, while scaling automation frameworks and embedding testing into our CI/CD pipelines. This role is both hands-on and strategic: you’ll lead test planning and automation efforts, establish quality benchmarks, and mentor team members, ensuring that every release meets the highest standards of usability and trust.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and drive the overall QA strategy, including automation coverage, quality metrics, and release readiness criteria.
• Design, implement, and maintain automated test frameworks (web, mobile, APIs, and smart contracts integration).
• Integrate automated testing into CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions etc.) to support continuous delivery.
• Lead test planning, execution, and reporting for major releases, including functional, regression, integration, performance, and security testing.
• Collaborate with product managers and engineers to define acceptance criteria and ensure testability of requirements.
• Build tools and processes for cross-browser, cross-device, and wallet integration testing.
• Establish and enforce QA best practices across teams.
• Mentor other QA engineers/analysts, providing guidance on automation, bug triage, and process improvements.
• Work closely with DevOps to strengthen release pipelines and quality gates.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in QA/software testing (including 2+ years in the Web3 space), with at least 2+ years in a senior or lead capacity.
• Proven track record of building and scaling test automation frameworks (Cypress, Playwright, Selenium, Puppeteer, etc.).
• Strong experience with CI/CD integration for automated testing pipelines.
• Familiarity with Web3 technologies : smart contracts, wallets (MetaMask, WalletConnect, hardware wallets), blockchain transactions, gas estimations.
• Experience testing APIs, microservices, and distributed systems.
• Proficiency with bug tracking and test management tools (Jira, Linear, TestRail, etc.).
• Strong knowledge of QA methodologies, SDLC, and Agile practices.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills, with experience in cross-functional collaboration.

Nice-to-Have

• Solid understanding of smart contract development frameworks (Hardhat, Foundry).
• Background in security and performance testing for blockchain and dApps.
• Familiarity with DeFi, NFTs, DAOs, or L2 scaling solutions.
• Programming experience in JavaScript, TypeScript, or Python (for building automation tools/tests).
• Prior experience scaling QA in a startup or high-growth environment.
