The role and opportunity
As a SDR you will be working closely with our Account Executives and Sales Manager to plan and execute outreach campaigns to get in front of the most relevant UK based prospects. This role will allow you to be creative and collaborate with the marketing team to multi-thread and create awareness within our target accounts.
Day to day responsibilities:
- Research, plan and execute multi-threaded outreach campaigns to companies predominantly over 5,000 employees
- Relish getting on the phone; it will be second nature to you and you’ll be holding freeflowing, intelligent conversations with our prospects about what’s happening in their world
- Be a natural networker and comfortable having great conversations face to face
- Develop and implement highly tailored and creative campaigns that align to our buying motivators and include thoughtful and innovative content
- Use a variety of communication methods including video, email, LinkedIn, direct mail and crucially, phone to reach prospects and book discovery calls
- Maintain support for AEs post-discovery by networking, multi-threading and doing what it takes to qualify opportunities
- Help formulate our strategy to grow our customer base of enterprise businesses
- Collaborate with the Account Executives and Marketing team to plan tailored events for our prospective clients
- Attend networking events and build relationships with prospective clients
- Record all activity accurately on CRM and take pride in pipeline hygiene
- Establish a network within the HR and benefits space
- Support the Sales Manager and Partnerships Lead with maintaining partner relationships and ensure a steady flow of opportunities
About You

Sales can be tough. We need someone who can face challenges head on, won’t shy away from making those difficult calls and be brave when encountering objections. When you experience a setback, you must be determined to overcome it.
Be an expert in our proposition
We don’t expect this from day one, but once you’re up and running you’ll need to be able to hold intelligent conversations with senior stakeholders about the landscape and the challenges they face. You’ll need to become an industry expert in record time!

We’ve built a great team and you’ll need to work with others from across the business to identify problems, agree solutions and implement changes. If you’re a lone wolf, this won't be the right environment for you.
Goal driven and not afraid to get stuck in
We like to set ambitious goals and find creative ways to hit them, even if that means rolling up our sleeves and doing manual tasks before we’ve managed to fully automate them. You should have a bias towards action and getting things done.
Good sales hygiene
Being organised, being able to multi-task and set out a plan to reach your goals is essential. Leveraging our CRM and our wider tech stack is critical to success. Familiarity with our tech stack would be useful- Hubspot, Apollo, SalesNavigator, G-Suite.
About you
- 1+ years of experience as a Sales Development Representative (SDR) in the SMB, Mid-Market, and/or Enterprise segments
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Structured, organised, capable of multi-tasking and highly driven
- Proven experience of deeply researching prospects and personalising your outreach
- Great storyteller and able to captivate an audience
- Adept at using a variety of communication methods and relish the chance to get on the phones
- Ability to construct and implement multi-step, multi-touch prospecting sequences with creative content
Nice to have (but not necessary)
- Experience selling towards HR and Benefit/Reward teams
- Experience with Hubspot, Apollo, Sales Navigator, G-Suite
In return for your contribution we offer a base salary of ÂŁ37,500 - ÂŁ40,000 DOE + up to 50% OTE + benefits

Flexible working
We currently operate a hybrid model which is a mix of office and remote. You'll have the option of working from home 2 days per week (Monday and Friday) with the remainder from our central London office in Holborn.

We give an 18 day work from anywhere allowance to swap out the on site days or take some time working from another country. NB - Due to compliance regulations this does not apply to individuals that give regulated financial advice.
