You’ll design and execute marketing strategies that fuel growth across workplaces, shaping the way we reach, win and retain clients. This is a role for someone equally confident in strategy and execution - able to design a commercial plan, create standout content and problem-solve creatively across inbound and outbound channels.
You’ll need to be fluent in selling into organisational decision-makers in HR and developing campaigns that resonate with senior leaders. Above all, you’ll thrive on innovation: finding new ways to create demand, influence complex stakeholders and accelerate deals.

Success in this role is grounded in:
- The pipeline you’re able to generate
Campaigns that directly contribute to quarterly and annual goals. - The quality of the leads you can deliver
Running inbound and outbound campaigns that consistently create marketing-qualified opportunities. - The speed and ingenuity of your ideas
Creating standout content in days not months - thought leadership and activations that win attention from HR leaders. - Events that drive registrations and results
Leading our events programme, ensuring they are seamlessly tied to follow-up journeys that convert interest into opportunities.
What you’ll bring to the role
- 8+ years in marketing to HR and/or transformation teams
- A creative problem-solver who can find multiple ways to crack the same challenge.
- Commercial focus, with a test-and-learn mindset and clear eye on ROI.
- Comfortable balancing inbound and outbound, and shaping ABM strategies as well as broader demand-gen.
In return for your contribution we offer a base salary of ÂŁ75,000 - ÂŁ95,000 DOE + benefits

Flexible working
We currently operate a hybrid model which is a mix of office and remote. You'll have the option of working from home 2 days per week (Monday and Friday) with the remainder from our central London office in Holborn.
Work from anywhere
We give an 18 day work from anywhere allowance to swap out the on site days or take some time working from another country. NB - Due to compliance regulations this does not apply to individuals that give regulated financial advice.
